Diese uralte Eiche ist (hoffentlich auch heute noch) eine Attraktion des Sherwood Forest, den wir zufällig während unseres Urlaubs 1993 besuchten, als gerade das "Robin Hood Festival" stattfand.

This ancient oak tree (hopefully still) is an attraction of the Sherwood forest, that we visited during our vacation trip in 1993. By pure chance just at the time the "Robin Hood festival" was celebrated.
